Open your G.A.T.E. to Fun by bringing the Experience of a Live Gameshow directly to you! With the help of GATE, your next Event, Company Party, Meeting, Community Event, BBQ, or Family Reunion, will be one that everyone can't stop talking about! We not only host some of the most creative party games that get your guest interacting, mingling, and having fun with each other, but we also throw our creative twist on the classic games modeled after Family Feud, Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, and many more. Our formula for entertainment effortlessly mixes everyone into dynamic teams with a unified purpose of achieving victory! To truly transform the play area into a Gameshow Experience, these packages include: - Lighting set ups for each team (for events with adequate space) - Music - Energetic and Charismatic Host - Buzzers and Equipment • Our "Large Event" Package is for groups of OVER 25 people where everyone will NOT be playing all at once. • A maximum of 18 players can play each game at one time, before triggering our rotating gameplay style. • This Rotating Play Style is similar to "Pick-up Basketball Games" where the winners stay on to play against new "Challenger Teams" pre-formed from the audience members. • All games are pulled from our "CO Gamenight Collection", as well as some modeled after popular TV Gameshows! Each game will last between 20-30mins (based on various elements), and require: - a decent amount of knowledge from various life experiences, - verbal, physical, and strategic communication skills, - combinations of quick reflexes, problem & riddle solving skills, as well as luck! • Spaces like Large Conference Rooms, Garages, Hotel Ballrooms, Parks, and Reception Halls will be ideal for this package. • Each Gameshow session lasts for about 60-120 mins which will include 2-3 different Games (depending on various elements). Additional time can be added on during the event, if your guests want to keep the party going! • Large Event Packages have two pricing options based on attendees: -$25/person for Events ranging from 25-35 people (starts at $625/hr) -$20/person for Events ranging from 35-50 people (starts at $700/hr, caps at $1000/hr) (Please contact us with questions, as Large Event pricing and attendance numbers can cause confusion. we're happy to help clear it up!)

Cancellation Policy

1) As of April 1st, 2024, a non-refundable deposit of 20%, (or $100, whichever is greater) of the Total Balance Due, is required to officially reserve your desired Event Date. • If you need to CANCEL THE DATE, the deposit will not be refunded since reserving the date, removes it from our calendar and therefore reduces our availability inventory. • If you need to RESCHEDULE THE DATE, the deposit is eligible for a one-time transfer as long as: a) you notify us of intent to reschedule by way of PHONE CALL and/or VOICEMAIL MESSAGE, at least FIVE (5) days before your scheduled Event date. b) the new Event date is scheduled within THIRTY (30) days of the previous Event date. (subject to availability) • Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of the deposit amount and/or the full booking amount. While we will do everything to accommodate your refund successfully, not all situations allow for a full refund after the cancelation/reschedule period. 2) Our Events require a smoke free environment as some of our hosts are allergic to smoke. Please notify your guests to refrain from smoking in the area or during the timeframe of the event. (This includes the use of: Incents, Vape Pens, Cigarettes, Cigars, Pipes, Blunts, Ect.) If attendees must smoke during the duration of G.A.T.E.'s booking and setup time, please designate a remote area for them, that will not spill over fumes or odors into the play/operation area. If smoke is detected, the event will be terminated immediately, and a refund will not be issued. 3) Deliberate or Malicious damage to equipment will result in disqualification and in some cases, an early termination of service resulting in the forfeiture of the full booking amount. While every situation will be case-by-case, please be mindful of the usage of equipment, board games, and any applicable utensils.
