This Theme-based Trivia option is for the hardcore fans! Perfect for specialty parties or for pulling out fellow super fans for a fun and interactive evening! • Choose from our catalog of TV, Book, and Special Interest Themes like: Anime, Harry Potter, Mean Girls, Twilight, Popular Music, Sports Fanatics, Famous Characters, Disney, and much... MUCH more! • While a large number of players are allowed for a single base price, a maximum of 4 players are allowed on any one team. • Categories and questions are specifically curated by our team of researcher superfans! So forget about those basic questions from the internet or AI... these questions are targeted for the true fans! • Some games have a more interactive mini game element that makes teams challenge other teams in a point building head-to-head battle. • Depending on player numbers and team sizes, these game run between 1hr to 2hrs.

Cancellation Policy

1) As of April 1st, 2024, a non-refundable deposit of 20%, (or $100, whichever is greater) of the Total Balance Due, is required to officially reserve your desired Event Date. • If you need to CANCEL THE DATE, the deposit will not be refunded since reserving the date, removes it from our calendar and therefore reduces our availability inventory. • If you need to RESCHEDULE THE DATE, the deposit is eligible for a one-time transfer as long as: a) you notify us of intent to reschedule by way of PHONE CALL and/or VOICEMAIL MESSAGE, at least FIVE (5) days before your scheduled Event date. b) the new Event date is scheduled within THIRTY (30) days of the previous Event date. (subject to availability) • Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of the deposit amount and/or the full booking amount. While we will do everything to accommodate your refund successfully, not all situations allow for a full refund after the cancelation/reschedule period. 2) Our Events require a smoke free environment as some of our hosts are allergic to smoke. Please notify your guests to refrain from smoking in the area or during the timeframe of the event. (This includes the use of: Incents, Vape Pens, Cigarettes, Cigars, Pipes, Blunts, Ect.) If attendees must smoke during the duration of G.A.T.E.'s booking and setup time, please designate a remote area for them, that will not spill over fumes or odors into the play/operation area. If smoke is detected, the event will be terminated immediately, and a refund will not be issued. 3) Deliberate or Malicious damage to equipment will result in disqualification and in some cases, an early termination of service resulting in the forfeiture of the full booking amount. While every situation will be case-by-case, please be mindful of the usage of equipment, board games, and any applicable utensils.
