1) For Health reasons, we CANNOT attend events where smoking is allowed. This includes, Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Cigars, Blunts, and Incense.

     - If you cannot guarantee a smoke-free environment, please contact us BEFORE booking an Event to see if additional arrangements can be established.

     - If smoke is detected during an Event, for health reasons, we will terminate the event and a refund will not be credited.

 

2) A Large Television screen with HDMI input, Electricity, and in some cases, WiFi are required to run our games. These are to be provided by the Client.

     - If any of these elements cannot be supplied, please contact us BEFORE booking, so we can discuss possible solutions. Subject to Additional fees

 

3) To officially reserve a booking date, a deposit of 50% is due.

Depending on the type of event, an Incidental deposit may also be required.

     - We will send over a payment link via Text or Email where you can make a Credit Card payment.

     - Deposits need to be made before the Event will be confirmed on our calendar, and all bookings need to be made a minimum of 7 days in advance. The remaining balance is due by the morning of the event.
